1.1 - The prices of our products are indicated in euros inclusive of all taxes, except for processing and shipping costs. These prices are communicated in Euros. A link to a currency converter is provided for information purposes.

1.2 - In the event of an order to a country other than metropolitan France, you are the importer of the products concerned. For all products dispatched outside the European Union and DOM-TOM, the price will be calculated net of tax automatically on the invoice. Customs duties or other local taxes or import duties may be applicable. These charges do not concern the website www.unenuitnomade.com. They will be at your expense and are entirely your responsibility, both in terms of declarations and payments to the competent authorities in your country. 1.3 - All orders, regardless of their origin, are payable in Euros.

APC SPA delivers worldwide. Delivery costs are free in Europe/DOM-TOM for any order over €50 incl. tax. Delivery costs are free worldwide for any order over €100 incl. tax. Delivery costs are based on our delivery method (Colissimo Expert International) and calculated on the entire order. They will be communicated to the customer at the end of their order before confirmation. After order confirmation and payment validation, products will be delivered according to the Colissimo Expert International method to the delivery address specified during the ordering process. We will do our best to ensure delivery within the shortest time, within a maximum of 30 days. In case of delay or any problem, we will keep you informed. The delivery date is determined by the sum of the following two elements: the shipping time (24 to 48 hours): verification of the reliability of the information entered from the moment your payment is processed, preparation of your order, handover of the package to the carrier.

The delivery of your package by the carrier using the Colissimo Expert International method chosen on the site. When we process your order and dispatch the parcel, we will send you the parcel tracking number by email. All customs charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt of the parcel, the customer must verify that the delivery conforms to their order. Any issue regarding the references of the delivered products must be noted on the receipt presented by the carrier and reported to APC SPA customer service on the same day or within a maximum of one day after receipt of the parcel. In the event of loss or damage to the product during transport, the customer must inform the carrier as quickly as possible. Once the parcel has been dispatched, you will be able to track it by entering the tracking number on the website of the chosen carrier. In the event of an unusual delay, you will be contacted by email or phone.

All orders dispatched to France are expressed in euros inclusive of all taxes (20% VAT). For amounts below €400, www.unenuitnomade.com accepts payment by: PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, CB. All orders shipped outside the EU will be charged excluding taxes. Your payment is secured by PayPal. If the amount of your order is equal to or greater than €400, additional information will be requested to confirm and accept your order.

www.unenuitnomade.com is committed to providing you with high-quality products. If you are not satisfied with your order, APC SPA undertakes to exchange or refund the products concerned. Shipping and return costs will be at your expense. You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return products to us in perfect condition and in their original packaging, accompanied by the invoice issued by APC SPA. If you wish to return undamaged or complete items, return costs are at your expense. The content of www.unenuitnomade.com aims to be accurate; however, no liability is assumed by APC SPA. Damaged or incomplete items will not be refunded and will be returned to you at your expense. APC SPA will not accept any parcel that is not prepaid by the sender.
